In a torrential Kentucky downpour, Joann only wanted to go out. She got completely soaked and was shivering by the time Devin coaxed her inside, but she loved it.
That is just way too cute!! Reminds me of the time Denver (at the same age as Joann) got into a freezing cold shower and didn't want to get out. She loved it!! :o)

Kids are so funny that way. I don't think they feel the cold or something! Is is sunny after it rains there or overcast for days like it is here?
