This is from "the Secret Scrolls" email I get periodically. I love this and know it to be true. My journey is in large part inside myself. A lovely sister of mine summed it up very well: "You're learning to be happy no matter what is going on in your surroundings." That is my goal, and I can in no way accomplish it without relying on God. I need Heavenly Father and Jesus to lift me up and replace my worry, anxiety, unhappiness, and dissatisfaction with joy and happiness. And the thing is, He is, He has, and He does this for me, whenever I pause to ask.
